Forgot to register my Carrier unit for the 10 yr parts warranty, and I was beyond the 90 day window so only qualified for 5 yr warranty instead. Called the local company that installed it to see if they could do anything, but told me tough luck and to try reaching out to Carrier directly. Decided to try contacting a local Carrier Authorized Dealer instead as I was sure they deal with these issues all the time, and thankfully I found Adams Refrigeration. I worked with Charles, and he was able to find a way for me to still qualify and register for the 10 yr warranty. You guys are so awesome. Another company, Cactus plumbing and air came out 30 minutes before you and told us that the only thing we could do was replace our unit and that we would be without ac for at least 3 days, there was no other option. You came out and repaired our unit in less than 20 minutes. Thank you for your honesty and integrity. It's refreshing to know that there are still honest people in this world. We have been with you for 25 years and for sure will be lifelong customers ?
