Louis cleaned my AC unit and improved its efficiency, reattached the upstairs ductwork, and discussed relocating our thermostat using wireless technology at my request. Most importantly, he listened and engaged with my questions about improving the temperature of our second floor. And smiled!! Great experience.

After struggling to find help from different companies, we felt lost. The best decision I made vwas to make an inquiry about a new HVAC system at our local Lowe's store. Jesse … he went way beyond just helping us. He did a fantastic job and should be honored for his excellent service. He followed through with all our needs and helped beyond that. He also got to the root cause of the AC system failure, and fix it by eliminating the root cause.
