I can't say enough good things about John. Earlier that day, he was tied up on an extensive outdoor plumbing repair, and the office called to let me know my appointment would likely need to be rescheduled until the next day. Since I had already taken time off work, I asked if there was any way someone could still come out that day. After a brief hold, they told me John would make it happen. Looking back, I'm convinced John chose to fit us into his already busy schedule.

Really like these guys. I have used them twice now and both times were excellent. Installed water softener and then replaced my garbage disposal. Price was reasonable and service was professional. John was great.
I want to give a huge shout out to Brandon & Mason for really going the extra mile to make sure that they not only educated me but unclogging the stressful toilet. I was pleased with how respectful, educational and the amazing customer service they provided me with !
