Big shout out to Rita, Sue and Butch!
I initially used A-American for a septic inspection to sell my parents home in Sept 2025. I had to do another inspection quickly 6 months later and made the mistake of using a different company because they could come out within a couple days (that should have been my first warning). The other company gave a false report and failed the entire system. Upon getting replacement quotes from A-American and Black Mountain Septic, they both confirmed via pictures sent from the company who failed the system that there was nothing wrong with the tank. I mostly spoke with Rita, who was extremely helpful and she sent Butch back out to do a re-inspection… read full review
Rita at the office and Johnny who came out today were both excellent to deal with. Extremely knowledgeable in the work and service needed. Johnny checked out the area and was able to advise on how to put a better more modern cover on my old system. Great people to deal with. Very reasonably priced as well. Thanks!
We would highly recommend A-American Septic. We had Markell come out and he did an amazing job especially in this heat. He is such a hard worker and he is great with customer service. We have never had a lesson prior in owning a septic system and Markell took the time to make sure we understood how to maintain our system and our filter. He walked us through the entire process and was wealth of information. Absolutely great company and I recommend you ask for Markell.
