Rita at the office and Johnny who came out today were both excellent to deal with. Extremely knowledgeable in the work and service needed. Johnny checked out the area and was able to advise on how to put a better more modern cover on my old system. Great people to deal with. Very reasonably priced as well. Thanks!
We would highly recommend A-American Septic. We had Markell come out and he did an amazing job especially in this heat. He is such a hard worker and he is great with customer service. We have never had a lesson prior in owning a septic system and Markell took the time to make sure we understood how to maintain our system and our filter. He walked us through the entire process and was wealth of information. Absolutely great company and I recommend you ask for Markell.
Butch came by today to drain our septic as the plumber said we needed it. Butch did a comprehensive check of everything and said there was no immediate need for servicing. He said if there was it would cost around $2,500 due to the size of the tank and the cleaning it would need. Lets be honest here.... 99% of people wouldn't be honest and tell you that they don't need to take your money. Butch did. Quality, competence and professionalism all the way. I highly recommend Butch!
