22 Home Inspect was fantastic for us! We were looking at a home built in 1950 in a somewhat rural area and had many concerns. Aaron was fast with scheduling, arrived on time (traveled to the rural area) and ready to roll. He completed the inspections in the quoted time and provided an AMAZING report that was very detailed and thoroughly done, including pictures AND videos. His site even gives you a tool to request a "repairs list" to prepare for your agent, which is awesome. Coupled with his post-inspection warrantees, we were put at ease after the report. He also partners with other companies for termite inspections and sewer scopes (we opted for the sewer scope add on). I will always recommend 22 Home Inspect to friends and family! It was also great to know that Aaron is also a military veteran like myself. In a world full of mediocrity, I was ecstatic to find Aaron and his company as I knew I would be in good hands.
