Shelley is consistent, affordable and such a beautiful person. I've been going to Shelley for several years now. She and her mother founded this really fun, personable and thriving salon. I have long hair and often don't know what to do. Her expertise has saved me from some major blunders on what would work for me/my complexion and what not. Debated doing a review for a while now. I had Shelley cut my hair and it was literally the absolute worst experience I've ever had with a hair cut! She doesn't seem to have a defined method to cutting and absolutely destroyed the shape and color of my hair. It's different lengths everywhere and I literally went from a bob to some sort of a pixie cut that will take me close to a year to grow back out. I had to go back to have her even up the cut because there was a 2 inch difference from one side to the other. I'm embarrassed by the way I look.

I sat in the parking lot and balled when I left. Shelley gave me nearly a pixie cut when I asked for long layers and the ability to put into a pony tail. There can't be one hair on my head that is more than 4 inches long. She also says unkind and gossipy things that give hairdressers a stereotypical image. The side picture is here on this review is an older one. I am to unhappy to change my photo to show a picture of what it looks like now.
