This was the best idea ever! Your Pet is with one person the whole entire time. I believe this really helps with their anxieties of us dropping them off to get groomed. Our two little Shi-Poos LOVE going there!! Mainly because one of them cries if his brother gets out of his sight. But honestly, their process is hands-down the best! A BIG thank you goes out to K for grooming, Bentley and S for grooming Bailey!!! They always look amazing when I pick them up!

We have an extra-large and overly-friendly Golden who has been groomed here several times. We’re very happy with the care he gets at Twin Tails! We had been taking him to a different place until, one day, we went to pick him up at the other place and he was shaking and snarling at the fellow who had groomed him. Bad sign! Our goofy Golden boy was never the snarly type. Hard to imagine anyone working in a dog-focused business could be mean to a Golden goofball, but it sure happened to our dear boy. Although it was very hard getting him to go into ANY grooming place after that, the folks at Twin Tails have been 100% patient, kind and professional with him and he’s now doing much, much better. Plus, they do a beautiful job on our sweet knucklehead!☺❤

Thank you again to Kodey for doing such a great job with my senior girl Pickles! She has always been anxious about the vet and grooming from a young age...but now that she is a senior! Kodey is kind and patient with my girl! Thank you Kodey for your kindness and compassion!

My second visit maybe the last. Regrettably, I am very unhappy with how the visit was handled. My appointment was confirmed with Ashley, but Pickles was groomed by Curtis. I was not informed of this change before dropping him off. It is concerning to have my dog handed over to a different groomer without any communication or heads-up from your staff. Additionally, the haircut did not meet my expectations. He made a mess of his tail by taking all the length off and cutting his ears extremely close and noticeably uneven. Most concerning of all, however, is Pickles's physical condition since picking him up. He has been coughing persistently and exhibiting trouble breathing. As a Maltese-Shih Tzu mix, he is particularly vulnerable to tracheal pressure, and these symptoms strongly suggest he was handled with a leash that was pulled much too tight and restricted his breathing during the groom. I wanted to bring this to management's attention, as swapping service providers without notice breaks client trust.
Five stars for Twin Tails Cageless Grooming! They gave my boy Pickles a wonderful haircut. The groomers here clearly love what they do and pay great attention to detail. Pickles came out looking handsome, happy, and completely stress-free. Thank you for taking such good care of him!

Curtis is THE BEST!! He has worked so diligently with my schnauzer to make her as comfortable as possible at the groomers! She was a tough case, and didn’t like anybody grooming her very much in the beginning, but he vouch for her and now she takes grooming like a champ! I could not recommend him enough!!

I had a wonderful experience with Kodey! He was professional, patient, and clearly cared about my dog’s comfort and well-being. The grooming was done beautifully-She looked and smelled amazing, and the trim was exactly what I asked for.
The staff was friendly and easy to communicate with, and scheduling was simple and convenient. I really appreciated the attention to detail and the gentle way he handled my puppy! I always look forward to the grooming reports we get at the end of each visit, it’s a nice touch and shows just how amazing they are with her!
I highly recommend him to anyone looking for quality care and excellent service. We’ll definitely be back!
