Thank you for your quick response to help a friend fix her water main. This family has been through so much this past week and you quick response, repair and reasonable pricing helped remove some of the stress from their week. Last night our hot water heater caught fire which was quite traumatic. Bright and early this morning I reached out to Trident as they came highly recommended on social media in my area. They not only came early, but CJ assessed the damage and did the work right then and there. He was so kind and awesome and we will definitely be recommending Trident to others!!! :)

We recently moved into a new house, which had a strange smell every once in a while, on the second floor. We checked carpets etc. and eventually called a plumber, who recommended we snake and clean (maybe wrong terminology) all drains in the house. It would be an expensive proposition, but we didn't know what else to do but were going forward with it. Trident plumbing came for a second opinion, found that the smell was coming from the laundry room drain area and recommended a conservative treatment that we could do ourselves. They could have easily taken our money but did the honest thing, and for that we are so grateful, and we will definitely use them in the future.... read full review
