Highly recommend. Sammy is awesome. He really helped me out in an emergency with a pump for an HVAC unit within a day of calling him. Pricing is fair. Great customer service. Super easy to work with. Excellent job from Sammy and team, from start to finish. We found Total Care Heating and Cooling through Google, called and reached Sammy, and he was on site within an hour to inspect our malfunctioning condensing unit. Sammy was very open and enjoyed explaining his diagnostic process without being asked, which helped us to feel comfortable with him and showed his high integrity. Sammy put a quote together quickly, communicated promptly, and his price was by far the most competitive for the same brand of equipment. Sammy and his team were amazing! My husband and I are very happy with our new unit. Sammy is very knowledgeable with any questions you may have. The whole process of the install was very smooth.
