Sonoran Mech installed the AC on my new build home 5+ years ago, and I have used them annually for my AC check ups ever since. They're always friendly when I call to set up the appointment. The service tech always arrives on time, provides excellent customer service and takes great care of my unit.

I'm not sure if we have just been lucky to deal with Javier each time we have an air condition issue, but he has been nothing shy of professional and kind. He is always on time, respectful, and hard working the entire time he is there. We have used the company for the past 3 years, as they were the company for any warranty issues we needed fixed on our new build. We continue to use them for our annual a/c maintenance to continue our extended warranty with Lennox as well, and have never had an issue. Even when I call to make an appointment the woman that answers is always courteous and provides timing and dates based on our schedule. Ask for Javier as your technician!

This company has the absolute pleasure of dealing with home warranty from our builder. Companies that do this always get a short end of the stick. And peeps just love complaining about things they don’t understand.Yes, I struggled to have my hvac system issue resolved for some time.I can say this, they didn’t stop trying to make my 2 units function as they should three trips later. Duct issues. I was low on refrigerant, smashed ducts. Air flow issues.Took them longer then I would like, but now my system is amazing. I have solid air pressure in all rooms.
