Outstanding Service from Sonoran Mechanical Systems of Phoenix
I cannot say enough good things about Sonoran Mechanical Systems of Phoenix. When our air conditioner failed in 112-degree Arizona heat, Service Supervisor Jose immediately answered my call for help and understood the urgency of the situation.
Despite it being late Friday afternoon, Jose had their lead technician, Karim, at our home in about two hours. Karim spent the next hour carefully diagnosing the problem and determined that a failed thermostatic expansion valve was preventing the refrigerant from circulating properly, causing the system pressure to exceed the compressor's operating limits.

Excellent Service from Sonoran Mechanical provide throughout the whole process of the Maintenance Check. The technician, Jose Avila did and excellent job, he found a significant issue that he corrected. Jose was very knowledgeable and professional!
Nicole at Sonorron Mechanical Systems Customer Service was our first contact after a AC failure at our home. Nicole took the time to research our AC Install a few years back on our recent home purchase and discovered we had a parts warranty. Nicole assigned Karim the next day and confirmed the warranty and collected the labor cost for replacement of our internal coil. Karim, went a step further and pumped in refrigerant to keep us cool until Jose arrived, 3 days later, with the new replacement coil.
