Chris was very professional and he explained everything that he was going to do with the shower/tub and floors I would recommend Chris and the guy that was working with Chris Recommend Service Masters was very good ? Beth
I am very impressed with the professionalism, knowledge of their job duties, efficiency, courtesy, and constant contact for updates on status of the jobs each are doing: Chris Shaide, Tanner, Blue, Steven and Aaron. If I left anyone out, they should also be included because each of them is impressive. More to do, but so far so good.
Blue and Ramon came to my house to do the initial inspection after I found wet and soggy carpet in one of my bedrooms. As a first time home owner this whole experience has been overwhelming but Servicemaster has really helped calm me through the process. They were very respectful of my house and myself and explained everything to me. I would definitely recommend them to anyone who isn’t sure what mitigation company to use. I have also been working with their supervisor Tyler and he has been equally as helpful and awesome.
