Julio, who is the owner of this company has not showed up to finish the concrete work for last 3 months. Julio has repeatedly broke promises to finish. Now he wouldn't answer my calls. After filing complaint to ROC for abondenment of work, I found out from ROC that he has an expired license since 2024 but still advertising as licensed contractor. I am posting this so that everyone is aware of what REGISTRAR OF CONTRACTORS (ROC) has made me aware about Prodig Excavating LLC. ROC also told me that I have no recourse of recovering funds or ROC pursuing Julio to finish the work as he an unlicensed entity.
