I recently had my first appointment with PA Cecilia Carlson at Pinnacle Family Medicine, and I was truly impressed by the front office staff when I walked in. They were friendly and accommodating, making me feel welcome right away. PA Carlson and her assistant were exceptionally professional; they answered all my questions, provided options for my next visit, and gave me valuable advice.
When I called today with a question, Jessica was wonderful and professional as well, again offering to help in any way she could. I greatly appreciated their willingness to assist and their kindness. I highly recommend Pinnacle Family Medicine!
Been going to this office for 12 years first place ever to figure out what was causing migraines and now I don’t get them, I love how the doctors they pay attention to detail and have always been able to get me in timely manner ,Tiffany has been a blessing to this practice the staff is great and very knowledgeable.
