The manager I spoke with was kind of short and his demeanor was rude. I was calling to see if they would be interested in buying some stools I had won at storage unit auction.. they never got back to me and questionede about items as though I stole them , was not very pleased with the way I was being spoke to , but the receptionist was very helpful and very polite thank you ma'am I appreciate your help.... read full review

Called for emergency service, they came out that day, no emergency service fees. Got me a quote back within 48 hours and they are scheduled to come out this week. So far, great service and customer friendly!
