So I needed my kitchen faucet replaced and these guys were awesome from start to finish. The lady that answered the phone was very friendly and sent someone out the same day. The guy that came out, Kevin, was so awesome. He was friendly and knowledgeable. There ended up being additional issues during the process of my simple faucet replacement. He went above and beyond to fix all the things and get it working. I am sure that this job is typically a lot easier and simpler than mine was. lol. Awesome customer service. The minute we reached out via their website they contacted us right away and set up an appointment. Robert came out here and spent the whole day working with us on our problem!! He was amazing and did an incredible job figuring out if we had a leak and/or a problem in our pipes!! Very thorough and did a good job. He really cared about solving our problem. Loved that they gave a discount for veterans. Very nice! We would highly recommend this company and ask for Robert!! He was fantastic!
We came home from vacation to a STINKY house! Didn't know who to call but I got very lucky choosing Patriotic Plumbing. They sent out a great technician, Kevin. He showed up on time, friendly, professional, and ready to tackle the unknown smelly beast. Kevin checked the entire system and determined the sump pump in the basement was plugged. He took care of the problem within an hour. No upselling. Just good honest service!
