I'm a little surprise by the low reviews but this is based on our experience m. The staff was phenomenal. Very attentive and nice, one of the nicest I have ever had at a doctors office. Dr Pierrend took such good care of my mom and really listen to her concerns. He made sure the transition from her previous doctor in California to here would be seemless. He did his best to make sure my mom was comfortable and really took the time to understand what she needs going forward with her health. I am very happy with them and am happy that we found this doctor. I felt they went above what other doctors have done especially with my mom being a diabetic. Highly recommend this doctor.
