The medical staff and front office are courteous, efficient, and very friendly and professional, addressing all concerns and needs with care and compassion. The providers listen attentively and take the time to explain results, clearly outlining all the options and offering holistic treatment methods and guidance. They are kind, compassionate people who are helpful mentally and physically. Patients feel valued and supported, leaving with a sense of relief and confidence in their care.
The staff were super friendly and Dr. Cox was incredible. She spent the time I needed to go over treatment options in great detail without rushing. She is sharp, has a sense of humor, and knows her stuff. I left confident that Dr. Cox will be my surgeon and that there is no need for a second opinion. I couldn’t have asked for a better experience.
