Michael and Heather at Morris Hall is handling my trust which became complicated with the death of my husband. They take care of all that need to be done and advised me as to what I needed to do. Great people to work with
Have used them for years, you need lawyers and estate planners to get you thru a major process in your life or your loved ones life. And you have to know that nothing like this will be cheap, sure you can do it yourself and it takes forever if you do and lots of paperwork involved. It is your choice, get it done the right way. We have been guided thru our estate planning for years and always get it updated at least every 5 years or when changes occur. You have to understand the importance of having a trust filled out and all your POA's and then some.
