We had an issue earlier this summer and my husband called Morehart AC, they were out within two hours of our call and resolved our issues within 30 mins. Our technician was professional and made sure to not only show us respect but also our property. I'm reading reviews whereby these people are expecting an HVAC company ( not a manufacturer) to carry every part for every brand in their vans, that's just not possible, nor is it reasonable to think they'd have it all! There are multiple brands and thousands of parts. All I know is the part we needed was on their van and our repair was done at that time. 10/10 experience having them fix my broken AC on a hot summer day. Communicative, responsive, fast, professional. They already knew how to handle the home warranty stuff and were on top of it for me. Specific shout out to my technician John S. - he was so easy to work with and saved the day!
We have been using Moreharts for a few years now and they have always been spot on. The quality of their service is incredible. John has been our main tech and incredibly knowledgeable and his service is unmatched. Our AC went out last night called them at 8:30am up and running by 11:am on a Sunday morning. I highly recommend Moreharts and wish I could give them 10 stars.
