We have been working with MENMAX for servicing all refrigeration and essential equipment at our two locations, and we are extremely satisfied with their work.
They maintain several commercial refrigerators, ice machine, water filtration systems, and other critical equipment that our daily operations depend on. In the food business, equipment downtime is not an option and MENMAX truly understands that.
Their response time is always fast, they quickly diagnose the problem, and repairs are done efficiently and professionally. On top of that, their annual maintenance service has been excellent and helps us avoid major unexpected breakdowns.
The service tech arrived promptly in the early part of the two hour window that I was given for his arrival. He promptly went to work, fixing my dryer with a new heating element and showed me the amount of lint that had accumulated inside of the dryer that had bypassed the filter that pulls out to clean after each load. After he installed the heating element and cleaned the other working parts of the dryer, it is running like new again. Thank you, Menmax!
