Review this business before leaving your clothing, especially if it is expensive. The owner and manager do not CARE about your items; it is just a money-making business regardless of the service. If you want to spend your money on bad service, have your clothes ruined, and give money for that, GO AHEAD and do it!! This kind of place should be closed by some regulatory entity. The reviews you see are genuine; the products this place uses are not the right ones; when they ruin your clothes, they do not take responsibility; the revolving employees they have are rude and have no answers or customer service skills to take care of your items. I brought in a washable area rug and they guaranteed they would be able to wash it. It’s brand new, I just didn’t want to lay it in my baby’s room without washing it first because I bought it on Amazon.I called after not hearing anything for a week. They said they hadn’t washed it yet but they would have it done within the next few business days.I called a couple days later and they just said “oh no the manager said we can’t wash it”.No one bothered to call or notify us. I wouldn’t use this company again because they don’t communicate and have bad customer service.

They lost some shirts of mine. Called and left a message for the manager twice, no return call.I should rate it a 1-star, but leaving the option open for them to make it right... I used them for MANY years too!
