Honestly wasn't sure what to expect going in... but Emily really took the time to understand what I was dealing with before recommending anything. No cookie cutter approach. Left feeling like someone actually listened for once. Still early in my journey but already noticing shifts in my energy and sleep.

Even with a huge selection of modalities, everything feels intentional, grounded, and thoughtfully guided, not trendy or superficial. The team clearly knows what they’re doing, and they create an environment where you can quickly and easily relax, reset, and feel supported. I left feeling calmer, clearer, and more connected to my body. Highly recommend for anyone looking for intelligent, heart-centered wellness! I’d even recommend those skeptical.

The place was outfitted well with all the proper equipment and amenities, to be able to tend any and all patients. Alvin was a superb wealth of knowledge and a very humble man, with the well being of others in his words and actions. Thank you IvolveSuperHuman, you guys are awesome!!!
