About Hope Community Services

We can't say enough good things about WVCCC! We just finish our 6 week PS-MAPP classes with Candace and John, and they were so awesome and knowledgeable! They turned every Saturday into informative (but fun) classes and they made us feel more confident as a couple going into our decision to foster and adopt. Having John there to bounce questions off of was a lifesaver for me and his passion for foster care completely rubbed off on us. We are grateful that both of them sacrificed their weekends away from their family to help us grow ours! We look forward to using you guys as our licensing agency, we feel blessed that we found you guys! Highly recommend to anyone looking to take their PS-MAPP classes or needing answers about the fostering process.
