I have used Hilco since 1988. I won't use any other company, period!! The staff is very knowledgeable, very honest and very thorough. Last, but not least, they are dependable. I'm sure that you are looking for all of these attributes when choosing a company for all of your A/C needs.
I called early this morning. I had an appointment early afternoon, then received a call that there was a cancelation. Ribbing around air conditioner broke causing fan blades to bend. They had the parts in stock. They were replaced. The service has always been excellent. They don't white wash the problem. I appreciate the company & their way of doing business. Thank you ?
Hilco has been the only AC company I have used at multiple properties for the last few years. They have always been responsive and helped me out of several jams at vacation rental properties that had guests with high expectations and low patience. Brian, Logan and the rest of company have gone out of their way to help me find the most cost effective ways to keep guests cool in our desert. I can recommend them without hesitation!
