Edwin came and handled my plumbing issue with great professionalism and did high quality work. He clearly explained the issue my shower/plumping was having and gave me a great idea on what was needed to fix the problem. Finally, Edwin was about to not only fix my current issue but made me aware of a pressure problem that could lead to future problems. He came back the following week and handle that issue with high quality service as well.
I have used APES HVAC in the past and they usually send technicians that do well. This time Edwin came out to fix a recurring problem. He surpassed the previous technicians in every way. He addressed things that had not been addressed by the previous plumbers that shouldhave. Edwin displayed a high level of zeal in his work. I appreciate him greatly and If I have any plumbing issues in the future I will insist that they send Edwin, no offense against the guys intended.
