This is my third time at Foothills—two previous visits for back issues and now rehab after a total knee replacement. Every single time, the staff has been incredible. Scott, Renee, and the entire PT team are consistently friendly, upbeat, and truly invested in your recovery. After my knee replacement, I wasn’t sure I’d ever feel “normal” again, but they’ve helped me make huge progress. I’m extremely grateful for everything they’ve done!

This is now the second time I have had to go here to address my physical needs. The environment is friendly and light hearted and many of the people there now were there when I needed them 4 years ago. Alex took over my case this time and was very personable, knowledgeable and thoughtful on the direction my therapy needed to go. We had good conversation about what I was feeling and I also provided x-rays to help paint the clearest picture of what I was experiencing. Print outs were provided for my home exercises and all were very accommodating when I was there. I’d for sure go back to him if I needed to return, for whatever reason. Alex, Zach, Steve, Stacey, Lisa, the front desk and a couple of others are all great people looking to get you feeling better when you walk out v when you walked in. Their guidance, expertise, therapy and listening ear will lead you to the path of healing and recovery. These are good, solid people.

Foothills Sports Medicine and Physical Therapy was awesome! The staff was very friendly and knowledgeable with what was needed for my recovery from my ruptured achilles tendon. Everyone worked together and made sure I was coming along, in fact I was ahead of schedule. Thank you all for your excellent service you provided.

I love how they all make sure you do your exercises correctly and how they make sure you aren’t in any pain. I have been going there for a while now, and I have see major improvement in my injury.

I rarely if ever write reviews about places or events, but in this case I do owe a great deal to the people at Foothills Sports Medicine Physical Therapy at Arrowhead. I have had a long very demanding industrial knee injury that had an initial failure with ortho and ended up being a full knee replacement. The Physical therapists that worked on me were Knowledgeable, kind and very communicative. Thank you Phil, Lisa, Renee, Scott, Jordan and all that you have done to help me walk and move without pain. The PT techs they have on staff are also amazing people. (Thank all of you for your conversation, keeping me focused and providing encouragement). This staff is amazing and the make up what Arrowhead Foothills Sport Medicine is all about out. Thank you all, while I will miss all of you. I am also happy that I am near not needing your services.
If you’re hurt and need support on the mend and are in need of Physical Therapy this is without a doubt the place to get that support.

Foothills Sports Medicine in Peoria located off Deer Valley Rd. is an really good place to go for physical therapy. The entire staff is extremely friendly, helpful and professional; everyone there does an awesome job! If you're looking for a most excellent physical therapist to help you, Alex Rodriguez Del Villar is the person to go to. He is extremely caring and empathetic, professional, and has the ability to zero right in to the spots on your body that need help. He has been immensely instrumental in helping me to get out of my intense pain to now becoming totally pain free! I have to 'put it out there'! Alex is the best! A special THANK YOU to Alex and to all the Foothills staff in Peoria at Deer Valley Road!!!
