Could not have asked for better service. From my phone call to schedule the service to the completion of the job, everything was perfect. Best of all, there was no attempt to upcharge or add extra services. My technician, Jose Gomez, is the type of employee that every company should endeavor to hire.

They found the sewer line leak and showed it to me on the video. Sewer line work is not cheap but the price they gave me was well below almost 3 times cheaper the what i was given by other well known plumbing companies in phx. thank you desert water!

They do high quality work a fair price! We have used them for many projects including installing a tankless water heater, installing a new water softener, and a new water pressure valve. We also use them for regular service on our systems. The work done recently by Tyler was top notch. We will absolutely use them again in the future.
