I had a wonderful experience at BluePearl Pet Hospital – Glendale. When my cat had an incident with her claw, Edie handled my frazzled phone call with such calm reassurance and let me know I could bring her in immediately. When we arrived, the team triaged her quickly. Kaitlynne was incredibly patient and understanding while gathering information from me. My cat is quite spicy and only made it through the weigh-in before we discussed sedation. It was very stressful signing paperwork about resuscitation, but Kaitlynne and Edie remained kind and empathetic while I signed paperwork and paid through tears.

Very friendly courteous staff from the moment I arrived. The receptionist greeted me with a smile and explained my payment options which were very helpful and convenient. Everyone treated my fur baby with kindness respect and compassion. The place was clean and comfortable. I highly recommend this place.
I can’t recommend this place enough. For what is an extremely stressful situation for every pet owner, they make sure to make you as comfortable as possible.
Every staff member was friendly and warm from the front desk, to the vet techs, to the Doctors. Throughout my pets 3 night stay I received morning, afternoon, and evening updates via text and call. They allowed me to visit him daily and spent time answering any questions. At discharge I received a partial refund for services not rendered. I also received a thick folder with all his discharge instructions, our communications, and information on his condition. He even got a bravery award 🥹
