We were dreading this appointment more than any other of the affairs we had to take care of. My mother-in-law said she didn’t think she was even going to be able to stand up, so my wife and I accompanied her.
Despite this, I can tell you we went from dreading it to laughing, crying, and hugging one another! This change was because of Pam, the funeral director, and her amazing supervisor, Lee.
