We were able to make an appointment, get in quick get an X-ray and have it read within a couple hours. Everyone was super kind. Our MA wa super nice and he also did the x-rays. Thank you!✌
I had been dealing with certain symptoms for a few days without realizing until they got worse. Scheduling an online appointment was very easy to do, even early in the morning. After being examined by PA K. Wright he prescribed an antibiotic that has greatly helped resolve the infection. I feel back to normal but I'll still finish the course. Thanks to PA Wright and the staff at Banner Urgent Care.
Today I brought my son in due to breathing issues related to his asthma. I called ahead to ask how busy the clinic was, and the front desk staff was incredibly kind and helpful, Sarah which made the entire process smooth and efficient.
The nurse practitioner, Alisha, was exceptionally compassionate, attentive, and knowledgeable. She took her time, carefully double-checked his vitals, and ensured we left with thorough guidance and treatment, more than I had even expected.
I truly appreciate the level of professionalism and genuine care we received. That kind of compassion is rare to find at urgent care facilities.
