Today I brought my son in due to breathing issues related to his asthma. I called ahead to ask how busy the clinic was, and the front desk staff was incredibly kind and helpful, Sarah which made the entire process smooth and efficient. The nurse practitioner, Alisha, was exceptionally compassionate, attentive, and knowledgeable. She took her time, carefully double-checked his vitals, and ensured we left with thorough guidance and treatment, more than I had even expected. I truly appreciate the level of professionalism and genuine care we received. That kind of compassion is rare to find at urgent care facilities.

Online appt. made in the evening, I was seen timely, treated with great concern and compassion. Received 2 RXs to swiftly treat my condition, advised to use a heating pad that truly worked to give me relief. Great staff! Highly recommend this Banner Urgent Care on 75th & Cactus. Thank you CareTeam!

I was seen for my ear problems within 15 minutes. The NP diagnosed a wax buildup and the assistant flushed it out and I can finally hear again.
11/19/25 update : Let elbow swollen and sore. PA Shane said it was an infection. Aspirated it and sent the fluid to the lab. Prescribed antibiotic. 5 stars
