Quick to respond - called before arriving - showed-up on time - Let us just say they started off on the right foot and that was huge (especially in 2021). Their technician spoke to me about the HVAC issue we were having before just jumping in... and then he looked at the unit, the thermostat and electrical panel. He mentioned I had a very old unit, but didn't criticize it just said he would look and see if he could figure out what is causing it not to heat. Ultimately, they found the issue, they swapped out a part and explained why the old would continue to be a problem and left with everything working and cleaned-up. Called at 8pm to leave a message to try to get an appointment for the next day. Got a call back in about a half hour and Slava was able to make the appointment. He showed up in the early part of his service window. Very happy about that. He helped me put the dishwasher back together from my bad attempt at troubleshooting last night. He told me very freely and sincerely which parts were not worth it to be replaced vs buying a new dishwasher. I thought his honesty was amazing. Then he troubleshot in a very logical way while cleaning the parts as he disassembled them to inspect them. The problem was actually a clog in my drain hose.
