They worked with us on timelines since our install was dependent upon our purchase date of our house. They also were very quick and polite during the installation process. Rebecca was a joy to talk to on the phone while setting it up for us and was very understanding of our unique situation.
I have to say my experience with always fair heating and air was pretty good. The installation team were great. Got my quote online then they came out to check everything quote stayed the same no pressure no up sales. Brad answered all my questions. They did 2 units in 1 day left the site cleaner than it was when they came. The price was reasonable. To be honest I only got two quotes and always fair had the best price and availability. I highly recommend always fair heat and air. It was a positive experience for me. So if you’re in the market for hvac replacement do yourself a favor and give them a call
We're good about working with my schedule and their schedule to come and check my A/C.
