I was very comfortable entrusting Advantage Plus Carpet and Stone to steam clean 3 carpeted rooms as well as stretching one carpet as promised. Phoenix was efficient and conscientious working thru the 3 rooms. A very good personality and more than proficient at steaming and stretching. Turns out one additional room showed signs of needing some stretching and he did it without additional charge. I felt sorry for his knee as he went thru the stretching process. In addition to Phoenix, Dane was very easy to go thru the scheduling and other concerns. Thank you. Sam

SO exceedingly pleased and happy with my carpet cleaning services today. No nonsense, straight forward, no up sale price exactly as quoted. The technician was Phoenix and you literally couldn't of asked for a nicer, polite, caring of property and more througho person. Those qualities go a long way. He is FANTASTIC and scored huge points as he took time when he arrived to introduce himself to our dog and put him at ease oh and did I mention exactly on time!!! I have used another company for years but felt maybe it was time to try something different versus specialized water treatment and, again couldn't be happier with final outcome including heavy traffic areas... read full review

Amazing service! My sectional couch was in dire need of cleaning. I reached out to several businesses late one evening for a quote. I wasn't expecting a reply until morning... but this company was on it!! Provided so much info I didn't even know I needed to know. Got a quote and was scheduled quickly. Phoenix arrived on time, he was kind, courteous and followed COVID guidelines like a Pro. Never saw his nose once!! The manager followed up later to make sure I was satisfied with their service. My couch is so clean and it didn't take long to dry either. Fabulous experience.
