I was impressed by their attention to detail and the fact that they didn’t try to upsell me on services I didn’t need. Customer Service Review: No roofing work done! We called and asked for an inspection on the roof on a potential home after our insurance said the roof was damaged. We agreed to pay the inspection fee of $350.00. Not only did they come out the next day, but they didn't charge us the inspection fee. Charlie emailed us a statement along with a 2 part video proving that the roof was in good shape. He didn't try to sell us on something we didn't need. Because we were on a deadline, we bugged them a couple times and they were still kind and professional. Again, their customer service is top notch! Thanks guys!

I had Roof King / HS3 GC do a project for me to repair / resurface my deck. They were very professional and responsive and super reasonably priced. Compared to others I received bids I highly recommend them!! Very nice team.

While we didn't end up using Roof King (they were a close second and even offered to match the price of another company), we still thought these folks were top notch and deserving of a good review. Charlie came out and was so friendly and knowledgeable. He brought us tile samples, which none of the others did. We learned a lot about things we hadn't considered. The only reason we didn't choose them was because we didn't want to undercut the contractor who initially gave us the best price, who was referred by a friend, even though Roof King was willing to match the price. Their bid was lower than 3 other companies and they offered a range of tiles from good to better to best based on the customer's budget. They were responsive and professional. I would not hesitate to recommend them.

Wanda the scheduler and Charlie the inspector could not have been more pleasant and helpful. We had had some water intrusion a couple of years ago and, in contemplating the sale of our house, wanted to get the roof inspected. Charlie was very thorough and took pictures to show us what he saw up there. Often an inspection charge will be applied to work you have done by a company but, in this case, although it brought no work to Roof King, we were not charged anything at all. Even better, after talking about our roof and hearing his assessment, we chatted with Charlie for a bit and said good-bye feeling blessed to have had him in our home.

I needed work done on the trim as well as a new roof. After seeing another home in my neighborhood where Roof King replaced trim, I decided to give them a call. So glad that I did. Charlie came out to do an estimate a couple days after I called. He came when he said he would and was very informative about their roof work. I accepted the quote and signed a contract with them on June 19th. Two weeks later, as promised, they started and finished the job. They did a great job, on time, at the price quoted, and in spite of the heat. So glad that I went with Roof King.
