I've never met healthcare workers that were as awesome as ALL of them. Particularly Ehren. The care they are taking of my Uncle Scotty is EXCEPTIONAL! Amazing and clean, and has state of the art EVERYTHING. 10/10
My dad is currently in the facility, some of the people are not treating him right. When I try and talk to them, especially someone named Rashida today they basically hung up on me. My dad is in pain. He’s having problems with some medical issues, and they blame him. He’s not getting the food he’s supposed to get, and if I call they get upset. But it’s necessary for him to be in rehab. I just wish they would be a little bit more kind with him. My dad is not someone to complain. They took fabulous care of my mom and I would recommend this place. They were always welcoming to me when I came to visit and they all loved my mom so much. She passed away peacefully and I can’t brag on the staff enough for doing an amazing job and always being so kind to me throughout the entire process.
