“Hired Dan to complete three jobs at the home we recently purchased in Chap Pines, (1) add a shower to an existing bathtub, (2) replace front stairs and porch which had rotten wood stringers, (3) prepared and stained exterior of the home. All three projects were completed with detailed craftsmanship. The largest job of staining the exterior was very impressive, every inch of the wood was sanded and prepared for staining, the application of the stain was even and generous.

Had to stay patient during the work as Dan is a perfectionist and does not rush his work. Dan communicates regularly with providing progress updates and any issues. His crew is friendly hard working guys, that work long days to get the job done.
