What a great place. My wife and I spent a week in Payson for Vacation and we were able to get all our workouts in. Friendly people, not crowded, excellent mix of equipment and all clean and well maintained.

I have been going to this gym for a couple of years. Last September my husband joined and we got serious. We are using MyFitnessPal, weighing daily in order to chart it and know where trouble areas are, then the gym. In September I had hurt my wrist and could only do the bike. I did the incumbent bike for 65 minutes 6 days a week. I dropped 25 pounds and my husband dropped 32! I was able to start weights again and still do the bike for 40 minutes 6 days a week. This last Tuesday, 2/4/25 I had a total knee replacement. I am doing remarkably well!! Medicare sent me an incumbent bike for a month. I attribute my recovery to AZ Fitness. Very clean and the staff was friendly. The machines are well maintained. It is a great small town gym with a great selection of equipment.
Surprising to be charged twice what was advertised. For that price, please update the advertisement!
