I started gyrotonic work with G, the owner, four years ago when I was in tremendous joint pain. She designed a program for me which strengthened my core and stretched my tight muscles. She prepared me for two hip replacement surgeries and rehabbed me after each of them. Her tremendous knowledge and dedication to providing an individual program for each of her clients is outstanding. I now walk and play on the floor with my grandson without pain because of her! I have been going here almost 10 years and I love it. The equipment is excellent and private classes are outstanding. I have never been to another studio where the instructor is so knowledgeable of the equipment and human body. This is the best Pilaties and gyro studio in the valley.
