Brought my chihuahua with breathing trouble. Took him right in, started oxygen before I finished checking in. Very attentive, kept great communication (staff, nurses). Doctors are great at communication and diagnoses. Testing done quickly and got answers fast. Very happy with the treatment and would highly recommend 👌
From my initial phone call to the end of my emergency appointment for my dog, I was extremely happy! Dr. Betkowski thoroughly explained all treatment options for my dog, answering all of my questions. He and the staff were extremely kind and caring during the entire process. Emergency care can be very emotional and the compassion shown by everyone was amazing! The best emergency vet experience ever.
Everyone there was very helpful and courteous. They took my 🐾 in right away!! The doctors and tech informed us of our 🐾 condition right away. They were upfront with pricing as well. ❤❤❤
