Called to get more information about their MasterCraft X24 boat rental (4 days) and you would think for the price they charge you would get good customer service. The guy that answers the phone needs to get better training on talking to customers! If they are rude before the rental I can not imagine after the rental. I though maybe he was having a bad day but after reading other reviews it shows that he does not care about customer service.

Really great time visiting Lake Powell and enjoying a houseboat vacation with all the family. Rented a couple Jet skis and Jet Ski boat and everything was above our expectations on the quality and newness of all the gear.

They provided a great boat, and good service to get us going in the water comfortably and efficiently. Lucian ensured the boat was checked, filled and set up for success. He also helped guide us to popular locations, took send off photos and thoroughly covered all key items. It was a great and recommended experience.
