As a medically retired professional athlete who was a part of a World Series Championship and pitched in 3 decades, I can’t applaud the services at Lake Powell Massage enough. As a two sport amateur athlete with over 200 tackles, 200 at bats and 450 innings pitched I put my body through the test constantly. As professional power pitcher my spine was worked on a lot during my career. Im at 13 years post lower lumbar fusion, and I get even more work after my spinal cord injury than I used to. Unfortunately fusion forced partial retirement because of the loss of range of motion but it taught me to become aware of the differences between an average massage or a great massage. Since then I’ve continued to pitch in fascinating places around the World, and I always get work done before my next time carving the strike zone. I can say I was very impressed with the healing work of Lake Powell Massage and Spa as I pitched professionally in 3 decades because my body started feeling so good after regular weekly work on the table in my late 30s I started feeling like I was once again a rookie throwing 100mph. Whether it’s on a table in the Big Leagues, at a World class resort, or at Lake Powell Massage I could tell you the best I felt and the most relaxing rejuvenation was at Lake Powell Massage and Spa. Now as a local adventure guide, instructor, and master paddler on the river, I put my body through the test in my early 40s every day but I get right back to feeling like a million bucks and my spine has been well managed at Lake Powell Massage.

love this place! the red light therapy really does work. I previously had surgery on my left hand and a few months ago my thumb started popping and clicking again. After two months of no improvement I thought I was going to need surgery again. One session of the red light therapy and it started healing. No pain at all now.
