I am a first-time customer and I am hooked! The incredible people at Vistoso Cleaners were able to launder my full bedding set with 4 large pillows in a little over 24 hours! Before I found them, I called multiple cleaners that needed a one-week turnaround-time. Not only did Vistoso Cleaners get the job done on time, but the quality of care in the work was absolutely impeccable! Furthermore, Vistoso Cleaners is extremely cost-competitive. This local business is owned and operated by a husband and wife team and the work is done right there on-site. I simply cannot say enough good things about this business! Please give Vistoso Cleaners a try and judge for yourselves!

Kudos to Vistoso Cleaners and Ms. Lee for immediately taking full responsibility for the dress alteration mishap to a brand new dress of mine with the tags still on. This was my first time to Vistoso Cleaners. Ms. Lee had correctly pinned the dress herself, which was above the decorative hemline. Unfortunately the seamstress did not reconnect the decorative bottom of the dress after raising the length and the decorative hemline was not included. I presented Ms. Lee the dress, purchase receipt, and photo of the original dress per the dress manufacturer website. While it was obvious they had made an error and part of my dress was missing, I was relieved that she did not argue the point and cut me a check on the spot for the full amount of the dress including the $20 alteration charge. While I may rethink bringing in any alterations to the same seamstress, I am comfortable that they are fair and honorable.

I, too, have been coming here for many years and they have always done an excellent job with whatever item I have had cleaned. I have had a few pants and jeans shortened with excellent results as well. Highly recommend them, plus I like the fact that they are a small, locally owned business.
