Emily was super fun, helpful, and helped make the first time learning feel less intimidating. I loved how the class showed you a bit of everything while still giving a work out. Feelings great after it! Definitely recommend this place :)
Had a great time. I was super nervous because I’d never done anything like this but everyone was super nice and I even did one twirl so that felt amazing. Signed up for classes, can’t wait to go back. Took the beginner first time class with Cloe.
I love this place! It started as the 101 class and I was hooked. Although intimidated at first, I felt really welcomed and signed up. The instructors I'v had have been really amazing and helpful, you truly feel welcomed. I leave class sweaty and accomplished. After some years of not working out due to back issues, everything is pretty simple and they have tips for beginners. I would highly recommend this place. :D
