Amazing experience from beginning to end. It didn't feel like a medical office where you feel like another patient to get through. Dr. Sherman was amazing and explained things about my condition in terms I could understand as a non-medical person. There isn't a single thing I could come up with to improve my experience.
After an excellent surgical experience last year with Dr. Stevens, I was very happy to be referred to this facility with a broken foot to see Dr. Cheleuitte. I didn't know they now have a walk-in clinic for this, or I would have come straight there! I tell everyone how kind, clean and efficient their operations are and can't say enough how grateful I am. from check in, to casting, to the brace shop--everything is five star!
I appreciate the kindness, respect, support, and expertise of Dr Shapiro and all the staff who I have encountered at the Oro Valley location. The doctor, nurses, assistants, x-ray technicians (one that was so kind to remove my necklace and put it back on), front office staff smiles, and last but it least, the physical therapists have all greeted me with concern, smiles, and care with my broken wrist recovery as well as my work schedule.
