6 months of care last year and no treatment for chronic rhinitis. More concerned that they get me hearing aids than treating the rhinitis. Sent me to another ENT!

Dr. Lara , has helped me with sinusitis and has done sinus surgery and recently he performed a balloon sinuplasty . All of his care is thorough and he’s the Doctor I go to for all issues related to my sinuses. I have found him to be succinct or right to the point I like him a lot and he highly respected by me.

I had a great experience with them. I had PTSD with ear wax removal due to an experience I had as a child. Sarah Lim made it so easy for me. Definitely recommend this place for ear wax cleaning. It’s a piece of cake

I just had THE WORST experience ever here. Doctor was 25 min late to my appointment and then rushed through the visit, not listening to me and talking over me. Before I could say no, he had the scope down my nose although I told the receptionist I wasn't sure I wanted to go through the scope today, as it hasn't revealed any new info in the past several visits. He gave me the same treatment options as suggested in the past, that haven't worked. Then he proceeded to open the exam room door and verbally attack me when I asked for alternatives for a chronic, 5 year long issue that I'm very tired of dealing with, leaving me humiliated and upset. I left the office in tears (and I'm still crying and shaking over the experience!) and not one of their staff seemed at all concerned. Needless to say I won't be going back there.
