“I really like using One Medical Senior for my primary care. The office is friendly, very accessible, and easy to communicate with. There are multiple options for appointment types and once you have an account on the app you can communicate directly with your provider (which I just did). It's easy to make, change and cancel appointments on line. I enjoy seeing Lori Barbula (NP). She's a good listener, is interested in my concerns, and is strategic about approaching a new medical issue. I like that there is now an MD in the office but I feel very comfortable having Lori as my PCP. She also is careful to coordinate care with that of my specialist provider.”
