Unfortunately Loretta is unprofessional and disrespectful. While her staging was excellent it certainly does not override her lack of respect or integrity. She was rude and never once felt like I was a client or the one paying her. Loretta was specifically asked to not use the front door due to a recent repair and it was ignored. Additionally her crew parked the truck within 6 inches of my home and completely jeopardizing my transaction with only an apology even though she was on site. I would never recommend using her services.

This company staged a home I purchased three years ago. Based on the staging photos on the internet, the house looked gorgeous and I was able to figure out how my own furniture would fit in each room. While still in West Virginia, I purchased the house sight unseen the day it came on the market, and flew out to AZ the next day. I’d never sell a house that wasn’t staged, and I’d hire Foothills Design to do it!

Did a good job staging - however the owner/designer is unethical. Took advantage of our vacant home and used it to store furnishings from and for other staging projects (without our permission). This went on for 5-6 weeks.
