Getting the jump start I need! Clean facility, great equipment, diverse training staff, friendly members. Love the semi-private option…ideas, motivation, and gentle accountability. On my 6th week. Excited to try a meta-fit session soon!

I waited 3 months to write this review, as I often find the initial “wow” factor wears off over time. This hasn’t been the case with Block Fitness. The coaches are excellent and supportive of your fitness goals as well as your overall well-being. Ethan’s expertise in programming has reduced my pain, increased my strength, and improved my mental health. Lizzy and Shaylin are great at being supportive when I am having a tough day. Juliet goes out of her way to make sure my setup is correct and offers to spot me. James encourages me to try heavier weights and challenge myself. All the other gym-goers are polite and good at sharing spaces when needed. I never feel judged for my abilities, limitations, or lack of fancy workout attire. To put it simply, Block is full of genuinely good human beings, and when you are doing hard things, those are the people you want surrounding you.

This is ‘The People’s Gym”. Welcoming every age, demographic, and skill level. The support from the trainers each day is unprecedented. They are attentive, adjust, and teach based on each individuals needs. The energy throughout each hour is contagious. Supportive and positive in every way. Highly recommend.

I could not be happier with the help/support I receive at Block. Staff is kind while providing direction and motivation. It is a “happy” place even if I am not enamored of working out. I always feel great as I leave having accomplished my workout. Stronger every day. 😊👍🏻

Not for me! If you want to pay hundreds of dollars a month to use a phone to take you through some exercises while a coach walks around and checks in with you now and then then be my guest.

Staff is super friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. Very cognizant of how exercises are performed and diligent about making sure they’re done correctly. Really clean and well stocked facility with a great variety of weights and apparatus for use.

I absolutely fell in love with this place my first week in. Everyone is amazing!! The community, the coaches, and the owner are all so welcoming and kind. I definitely recommend this place!

The staff at Block Fitness designed a workout plan that is tailored to my needs. During the semi-private classes, they are readily available to check on form and make suggestions for modifications. I think this is the best of both belonging to a gym and having a personal trainer at a reasonable cost.

Block Fitness is nothing short of life changing. I’ve not only improved my physical strength, but I believe Block is why my mental health improved as well. Every coach has had a profound impact on my life by showing me I am stronger than I think. If you are looking to improve your fitness and quality of life, then Block Fitness is the place for you!
