Speed Up Cycling is just what the small town of Nogales needed when it comes to fitness. There aren't very many options other than a few gyms and Speed Up Cycling is a breath of fresh air. For starters, its gorgeous inside the studio. Newly remodeled, clean, with a touch of modern. I have only been to a class with Anna Luisa as the instructor but there are two other instructors. I have to say, the music and Anna really push you through the workout. I love how motivating she is and it makes a 45-minute workout breeze by.
